Job Summary:


The Salesforce SaaS Cloud Sales leader is responsible for leading and owning Net New Sales of Salesforce SaaS cloud solutions via Zensar services. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sales Leadership: Lead and own sales pipeline for Salesforce Cloud services to achieve sales targets and grow Zensar’s Salesforce SaaS cloud market share.
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue objectives.
* Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
* Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting and effective management of sales opportunities.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to customer engagement and satisfaction.
* Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities.
* Channel Sales: Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and history of channel sales with Salesforce products.
* Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

* Experience: Proven track record in sales leadership, preferably in the Salesforce or SaaS industry.
* Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
* Knowledge: Deep understanding of cloud computing, SaaS solutions, and the competitive landscape.
