I’m working with a private equity–backed industrial and logistics real estate investment platform as it expands its asset management team. Based in Central London, the role has a pan-European remit and can flex up to Senior level.
The business already has a substantial AUM and is continuing to scale through an active UK and European investment strategy. The portfolio comprises large, multi-let industrial and logistics estates, with further growth planned over the next 12–24 months. This role sits at the centre of that growth, offering autonomy and the opportunity to help shape how the asset management function develops as the platform expands.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership in a collegiate, collaborative and tight-knit team. The role is hands-on and end-to-end, blending asset management, leasing and operations, alongside exposure to both the investment and development pipelines. As the portfolio grows, there is scope to build a team beneath this hire.
The role
* Take ownership of multi-let industrial and logistics estates across the UK and Europe
* Deliver asset-level strategies focused on leasing, operations and value creation
* Oversee day-to-day performance, reporting and budgets
* Appoint and manage agents, advisors and consultants
* Support acquisitions, due diligence and early-stage planning
* Contribute to refurbishment and development-led initiatives
* Play a role in building and mentoring the asset management team over time
About you
* Experience in a hands-on, end-to-end asset management role
* Exposure to industrial or logistics assets
* Background in surveying, property management or leasing
* Comfortable operating across asset management, leasing and operations
* Commercial, organised and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
* Motivated by joining a growing, PE-backed platform with clear progression
* MRICS preferred but not essential
