Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Claims Handler located in Studley, Warwickshire with some work-from-home options available. The Claims Handler will be responsible for managing insurance claims, handling claims inquiries, and ensuring claims are processed efficiently. The day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, insurers, and other relevant parties, as well as maintaining accurate records of all claims activities and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications
* Claims Handling and Claims Management skills
* Experience with Insurance Claims and Insurance companies
* Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in relevant computer software and systems
* Previous experience in the property maintenance or a related industry is a plus
