As a Data Analyst, you will join the high-performing IT team and play a key role in delivering accurate and insightful reports for internal and external stakeholders. Your role involves turning raw data into insights and actionable recommendations to drive service improvements by identifying trends and issues within clients' operations.
This position is ideal for someone passionate about working with Power BI and other Power Platform applications.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Own the Microsoft Power Platform applications - Power BI, Power Automate, and Apps.
* Convert raw data from various sources into insightful reports.
* Analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, and present findings to clients.
* Highlight and investigate recurring issues and trends.
* Drive resource planning through historical data analysis and forecasting.
* Perform data cleansing and ensure data accuracy.
* Collaborate with client relationship managers, team leaders, and MI teams to provide valuable insights.
* Deliver regular MI reports, and handle ad hoc reporting requests and larger projects.
Key Skills:
* Experience in a similar Data Analyst role.
* Confident user of the Microsoft Power Platform stack, especially Power BI and Power Automate.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Ability to identify trends and opportunities within data.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams at all levels.
