Join Merlin Entertainments as a People Data Analyst on a 9-month fixed term contract, supporting a major transformation programme within our London-based People team. In this role, you'll manage and analyse people data, maintain key trackers and work with stakeholders to drive accurate reporting and smarter decision-making. What You’ll Be Doing: Collaborating with stakeholders to define data needs Maintaining and improving an Excel tracker Acting as the go-to tracker expert Creating reports and spotting trends Streamlining data processes and reporting Identifying and implementing improvements Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel – comfortable with formulas and organising large data sets. Strong stakeholder management skills – able to communicate clearly and work with colleagues across different teams. Excellent attention to detail – committed to maintaining data accuracy and integrity. Time management and prioritisation – able to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision. Advanced Excel capabilities – such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros, or complex formulas. Experience with Power BI or similar data visualisation tools. Familiarity with data tracking and reporting tools – especially if you've created or managed trackers to support business decisions. Background in a people, HR, or transformation environment is a plus but not required.
