Taylor Hawkes is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our fully remote team, focused on delivering high-quality candidates into the US Professional Services market. This is a candidate-led role, best suited to individuals who are confident managing the full recruitment lifecycle, with a strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
We welcome applications from consultants with experience in Professional Services recruitment, although high-performing individuals from adjacent sectors with demonstrable transferable skills will also be considered.
Your Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from initial outreach to placement.
* Candidate Sourcing: Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, approach, and engage top-tier candidates across the US.
* Market Mapping & Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain a proactive pipeline of qualified professionals.
* Client Interaction: Liaise with internal client managers to understand role requirements and candidate briefs.
* Candidate Engagement: Conduct structured interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
* Reporting & Process Management: Maintain accurate records across systems and contribute to the continuous improvement of sourcing strategies.
* Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alike.
Your Skills
* Minimum 3 years’ experience in a recruitment consultancy environment.
* Strong track record in sourcing and placing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter.
* Expertise in Boolean search and talent mapping techniques.
* Experience recruiting within Professional Services (e.g. Legal, Accounting, Finance) is highly advantageous.
* Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
* Self-starter attitude and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficiency with modern recruitment tools, including CRM and video interviewing platforms.
