We're looking for an experienced and committed High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a truly exceptional SEN setting in Ringwood.
You'll be working across both primary and secondary phases, delivering tailored support that makes a real difference in the lives of students with a range of needs, including autism and complex learning difficulties.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Supporting learners aged 3-19 with a range of SEN needs
* Delivering individual and small group interventions
* Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and care teams

* Providing personal care when needed

* HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
* Proven experience supporting SEN students
