Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced learning support assistant to work within our client secondary school in Bolton. This role is set to start immediately following registration with Teaching Personnel. Full-time Start date – ASAP or from September 2024. Large secondary school based in Bolton. Supporting pupils aged 11-16. Providing small group and 1:1 support for pupils within the classroom. Earn up to £1800 per month, depending on your experience and qualifications. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with SENCO and other support staff to design and implement individualised support strategies to target key areas of learning. You will monitor student progress and achievements and identify the need for additional support.
