Working across our properties in High Wycombe, Watford, South Oxley, Borehamwood, St Albans, Welwyn Garden City & Hemel Hempstead.
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
Salary £37,445 per annum

What you’ll do
6. Travel between customer homes, tackling plumbing jobs with a right-first-time mindset
7. Receive and manage your daily work schedule through a handheld device and use it to keep in touch with your team
8. Complete repairs and installations on hot and cold water, heating, drainage and sanitary-ware
9. Pick up tasks from other trades (multiskilled), maybe a bit of painting or minor joinery, whatever it takes to get the job done and our customer smiling
10. Deliver high-quality, safe and compliant work
11. Keep customers in the loop with clear, friendly updates, especially when a fix needs follow-up or things can’t be done exactly as hoped.

What you bring
12. Level 2 NVQ or City & Guilds in Plumbing
13. Solid fault-finding skills and hands-on experience in domestic plumbing
14. Willingness to be flexible and take on bits of other trades to get the job over the line
15. Confidence using technology to manage your workload and stay connected
16. A full current driving licence.
Job details
17. Working Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm
18. You will take part in our out of hours service on a rota basis with colleagues and receive an additional generous on call payment.
19. You’ll need a basic DBS and Health check which we pay for
20. Ideally if you live in Watford, Borehamwood or Hemel Hampstead that would be great
