What will you be doing?
As part of our 24-month graduate scheme, you will rotate through four placements giving you exposure to key skills including but not limited to:
* Operations
* Sales
* Projects and extra works
* Procurement
* QHSE
* Finance
You’ll work on real projects, gain exposure to major clients, and develop leadership skills through structured learning modules and our Local Operating Model (LOM).
This programme is focused on developing you into a Contract Manager within one of our dynamic teams - a pivotal role across our business providing a springboard to further develop your career within CBRE GWS.
We’re looking for:
* Final-year students or recent graduates (within 2 years)
* From any degree background – especially business, management, engineering
* Curious, adaptable, and eager to lead
* Interested in how workplaces operate and how businesses deliver services
The Application process

* Assessment Centre (held in March)
* Formal face to face Interview
* We do not sponsor visas at the Graduate level and therefore learners on a student visa are not eligible for this programme.
