Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-calibre, consultative Sales Surveyor / Smart Energy Solutions Consultant to join a dynamic and fast-growing renewable energy business, part of a newly established UK group. This is a premium, customer-focused role that combines sales expertise with technical knowledge, on-site surveying, and tailored solution design across solar PV, battery storage, backup systems, and EV charging.
In this role, you will work closely with homeowners to deliver bespoke smart energy solutions that reduce energy costs, improve sustainability, and enhance property value. Each project involves conducting detailed on-site surveys to ensure accurate system design, full compliance, and exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage with qualified homeowners across the South East, delivering consultative sales and tailored smart energy solutions (solar PV, battery storage, backup systems, EV charging, and energy management)
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial consultation through to close, building trust through a professional and technically credible approach
* Convert high-quality, pre-qualified leads while developing local referral networks to drive additional pipeline growth
* Conduct on-site technical surveys, assessing roof suitability, electrical infrastructure, battery placement, EV charging requirements, and grid considerations
* Capture accurate site data and produce clear survey reports, collaborating with design and installation teams
* Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintain strong pipeline visibility, and deliver an exceptional customer experience to support referrals and repeat business
* Continuously develop technical expertise across multiple smart energy technologies
