Join Teaching Personnel’s Future Teachers Programme, a paid initiative designed to give graduates practical classroom experience and support you towards a future career in teaching.
Role Overview:
* Support pupils in KS3 and KS4 in a range of subjects, including English, Maths, Science, and Humanities.
* Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs, and department heads to provide targeted support.
* Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions to support academic progress.
* Help manage classroom behaviour, support differentiated learning, and encourage pupil engagement.
* Receive termly reviews and teacher training application guidance.
This role is ideal for:
* Graduates with a degree in Education, Psychology, English, Maths, Science, or similar subjects.
* Individuals aspiring to begin ITT, PGCE, SCITT, or School Direct training in 2026.
* Applicants seeking hands-on classroom experience in a supportive environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
