This is a fantastic opportunity to begin a full-time Teaching Assistant role, supporting students to overcome barriers, build confidence and achieve their potential. Key Responsibilities Provide consistent 1:1 and small-group support tailored to SEMH needs. Help students develop self-regulation skills, resilience and positive relationships. Support the implementation of behaviour strategies and routines across the school. Work closely with teachers and support staff to track progress and adjust interventions. What We're Looking For Experience working with young people with SEMH or SEN needs is desirable. Backgrounds in sports coaching, youth work or mentoring are also highly valued.
