Role Overview
As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Walthamstow, you will support pupils with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, and communication needs. Many pupils require consistent routines, clear expectations, and strong positive relationships with trusted adults.
You may work on a 1:1 basis, within small intervention groups, or across the classroom. In some settings, you may support pupils during sensory activities, movement breaks, or structured interventions designed to support emotional regulation.
