RASASC Cheshire & Merseyside is looking for a passionate, skilled and committed Family ISVA to join our team supporting children, young people and families impacted by sexual violence.
This is a vital frontline role providing specialist support, advocacy and crisis management to survivors and their families. We're seeking someone who:
Has a strong understanding of the impact of sexual violence
Has experience working with trauma, vulnerable children, young people and families
Can confidently assess and respond to risk and need
Has excellent listening, communication and report writing skills
Is organised, proactive and able to manage a complex caseload
Understands safeguarding, equal opportunities and professional boundaries
Is IT confident and able to manage case records accurately
Holds a full driving licence and has access to a car
Desirable experience includes working with survivors of sexual violence, knowledge of the Criminal Justice System, ISVA qualifications and relevant degree-level education.
