You will be:
* Developing design solutions and strategies for various projects, including residential land promotion, urban regeneration, and large-scale urban extensions across the UK.
* Contributing significantly to major projects or managing smaller projects from feasibility to outline planning.
* Preparing high-quality visualizations from sketches to presentation standards.
* Producing well-researched and structured work, delivering creative solutions for clients.
* Supporting team leadership and contributing to business growth through seeking and winning new work.
* Delivering excellent client service, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and adding value.
* Working with the wider team on business strategy and growth activities.
You will have:
* UK-based experience in planning or architecture on residential/mixed-use projects for national house builders or developers.
* A degree in a design-related field.
* Good knowledge of current urban design issues in the UK.
* A strong design flair and interest in high-quality project delivery from masterplanning to detailed urban spaces.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office.
* Confidence in hand drawing and sketching.
* Ability to manage projects with attention to detail.
