The role
As Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of key projects supporting one of the UK's major energy providers. You'll work closely with a cross-functional team to ensure every stage - from planning to completion - runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
You'll:
Set and deliver project strategies in alignment with client expectations.
Manage cost, schedule, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
Build strong relationships across engineering, procurement, and operations.
Lead with a focus on safety, collaboration, and results.
Keep stakeholders informed through clear, proactive communication.
The role is based at Heysham Power Station, with some travel to other UK sites.
What you'll need
Degree in engineering or related field.
A recognised project management qualification (APMP or equivalent).
Experience delivering complex engineering projects in regulated environments.
Strong grasp of safety cases, CDM, quality control, and commercial principles.
Confident communicator and natural organiser who thrives under pressure.
