About the role
Title – Control centre operator
Pay Rate – £12.36
Location 📍– Salford
Training: 2 weeks of day shifts and 2 weeks of night shifts (Monday–Friday).Shift Timings – 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 days off, 4 nights on. This consists of one block of day shifts and two blocks of night shifts.
You will be working at a high-end corporate site for our client. The role is primarily focused on customer service and help desk responsibilities, including coordinating schedules and sourcing officers.

Your main responsibilities may include:
Planning and implementation of forward scheduling/ reaction to short notice cover requirements
ensure initial scheduling of new employees completed within an acceptable time frame
Monitor and supervise the delivery of customer support requests and ensuring deadlines are met
Assist in the monitoring of alarm and cctv systems providing appropriate response to unplanned events
Complete all Rotas
Ensure Book On / Off and Welfare check calls are completed
Incident report writing for ant incident that occurs to the highest Level
Monitor mailbox
Escalate incidents when required
To succeed in this role, you will need the following:
SIA License- DS/SG minimum and CCTV
5-year checkable work/career history.
Outstanding written and spoken communication skills
Experience in a similar role, would an advantage
Physically fit to undertake given tasks.
Data management & input
Knowledge of TimeGate would be advantageous but full training will be given
Able to prioritise workload and manage time efficiently and effectively
Possess the ability to work under pressure.
