Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant (Day-to-Day Supply)

About the Role
We are recruiting SEN Learning Support Assistants for day-to-day supply work through an agency in schools and alternative provisions across the Farnborough area. You will support children and young people aged 4–17 with a variety of Special Educational Needs (SEN), providing flexible cover on a short-notice or pre-booked basis.
This role is ideal for individuals seeking flexible work, varied settings, or experience across different SEN environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties
* Support pupils’ learning, social skills, and emotional wellbeing
* Follow school and pupil support plans and agency guidance
* Promote positive behaviour and engagement
* Assist with personal care where required (training provided)
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
About You
* Caring, patient, and adaptable
* Experience working with children or young people (education, care, or youth work experience preferred; SEN experience desirable but not essential)
* Confident in adapting quickly to new settings and routines
* Strong communication skills and a professional approach
* Committed to safeguarding and child welfare
