Job role : Maintenance Assistant
Full Time
Salary: £27,500 per annum
Cycas Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our team in London, Greater London, United Kingdom. This position is pivotal to our success, and we are committed to providing a competitive package that reflects the candidate's skills and responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
* Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical repairs
* Assisting with the upkeep of the hotel's grounds, including landscaping and snow removal
* Responding promptly to guest requests for repairs or maintenance issues
* Working with hotel staff to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests and employees
* Assisting with the maintenance of the hotel's equipment and machinery
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in the hospitality industry
* Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
