Restructuring & Insolvency Associate / Senior Associate (4–6 PQE) – London
A highly respected international law firm is seeking a talented Restructuring & Insolvency lawyer (4–6 PQE) to join its established London team.
Salary & Benefits
* £115,000 – £145,000 plus bonus and benefits

The team is recognised for advising on complex domestic and cross-border restructuring and insolvency matters, acting for a broad range of stakeholders including insolvency practitioners, lenders, funds, corporates and directors.
Exciting work spanning contentious and non-contentious insolvency
The successful candidate will work on a varied caseload encompassing both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
* Domestic and cross-border restructurings and insolvencies
* Distressed M&A and asset sales from insolvency processes
* Insolvency litigation, including antecedent transactions and asset recovery
* Advising boards of financially distressed companies
* Security reviews and insolvency appointments
* Supporting clients through turnaround and distressed situations
A growing proportion of the team’s work has an international dimension.
Candidate Requirements
* 4–6 years’ PQE in restructuring and insolvency
* Experience across advisory, transactional and contentious insolvency work
* Strong technical and commercial skills
* Experience managing matters and developing client relationships
* Interest in business development and practice growth
Experience or interest in areas such as retail insolvency, distressed M&A, insolvency litigation, title to goods or tax-related insolvency matters would be advantageous.
