What You’ll Do Provide high-quality care and emotional support to children in a safe, nurturing environment. Help shape brighter futures through consistency, compassion, and resilience. Work as part of a dedicated team in a 365-day service, with advance rotas and long shifts (8am–11pm) including sleep-in nights. What You’ll Earn Annual salary: £38,554 (based on £15.45 per hour and 8 sleep-ins per month; dependent on qualifications). Extra earning potential through enhanced overtime and additional shifts. (This pay rate is effective from 1st April 2026) ✅ What You’ll Need Full UK Driving Licence. Level 3 qualification in Child Care. Minimum 12 months’ experience in children’s residential care.
