Contracts Manager - Fire & Security - London & SE - Up to £65,000 + Package CBW are seeking a dedicated and experienced Fire and Security Contract Manager to lead and manage the delivery of fire safety and security systems contracts across a portfolio of projects. This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of fire alarm, detection, suppression, CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm installations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and client specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, excellent project management capabilities, and a proactive approach to team and client communication, along with a solid understanding of fire protection & security systems and regulations. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm Key duties & responsibilities Lead and coordinate fire and security system installations from design to commissioning. Plan project schedules, allocate resources, and manage subcontractors. Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality of work, reporting progress to senior management. Conduct regular site visits and ensure project milestones are achieved. Provide technical support for system design and installation.
