We are looking for a Practitioner to join our Tiger's team to support the provision of after school club.
The main purpose of the Practitioner role is to manage practical and organisational day to day aspects of the Club, providing out of school play care for children aged in a safe and stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Assisting with planning, preparing and carrying out quality activities and interactions within a safe and caring environment
* Providing healthy and nutritious snacks
* Ensuring adequate supervision of indoor and outdoor activities
* Clean and tidy rooms and equipment used during the session
* Facilitating good communication with all members of the club, parents, and the school
We are looking for especially talented and self-motivated individual who has the ability to make every child feel special with a warm smiling face or a loving hug.
You will preferably be a fun outgoing character, with the ability to change a sad face to a happy one with sensitive words or your entertaining sense of humour.
To have the ability to juggle many tasks at once like making paper aeroplanes whilst talking about an exciting new subject a child is learning at school all at the same time as playing a game of monopoly.
The position will be 15 hours a week Monday to Friday 3pm to 6 pm TERM TIME ONLY (39 weeks a year)
Relevant qualification for working with children is desired but not essential. Experience of working with children aged 5 to 11 years is essential

Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
