Closing date for applications: 10 December at 5 PM. We are seeking an organised, proactive and professional Front of House Manager & Facilities Assistant to join our Facilities Team. This dual-focused role combines leading our Front of House service with hands-on support for facilities operations across all office locations. About The Role As Front of House Manager, you will lead and support the Front of House team, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for staff, clients and visitors. You will manage daily cover, maintain excellent reception standards, support training and development, and drive continuous improvements to processes and procedures. As Facilities Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the smooth running of the office environment. You will support day-to-day facilities operations, health and safety and sustainability activities, liaise with suppliers and contractors, assist with workspace setup for new starters, and provide cover for the Facilities Manager when required. A full UK driving licence is essential. You must also be willing to be on-call for out-of-hours emergencies across multiple office locations when providing absence cover for the Facilities Manager. Key Responsibilities Front of House Management Lead, manage and support the Front of House team across all office locations. Plan and coordinate daily cover to ensure consistent, high-quality service. Provide emergency reception cover when required. Ensure the team receives regular and appropriate training. Maintain excellent presentation standards in all reception and client-facing areas. Review and improve Front of House procedures in consultation with the Facilities Manager. Facilities Support Assist the Facilities Manager with daily tasks and ongoing projects. Prepare and set up workspaces and facilities for new starters. Liaise with suppliers, contractors and maintenance providers to arrange repairs, stock orders and maintenance work. Support health and safety compliance and related activities. Contribute to sustainability initiatives within the office environment. Assist with internal and external office moves. Provide cover for the Facilities Manager during periods of absence. General Duties Maintain courteous, professional and clear communication at all times. Uphold strict confidentiality and ensure the security of Firm and client information. Produce accurate, well-presented work in line with Firm standards. Provide wider support to the Operations Team when required. Undertake occasional out-of-hours work and any other duties as needed.
