Role Overview
This is a full-time, remote position based in Yorkshire, offering flexibility and autonomy for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in promoting and supporting the use of medical devices from key manufacturing partners across the region. This is a varied and dynamic role where no two days are the same, requiring adaptability, clinical acumen, and strong relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Clinical Support: Provide hands-on technical and procedural support to surgical and scrub teams during theatre cases, including both elective procedures and trauma situations
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, procurement teams, and other key stakeholders across NHS and private hospitals
* Product Education: Deliver product training and technical education to clinical teams, ensuring safe and effective use of medical devices
* Territory Management: Manage and develop your territory, identifying opportunities for growth and supporting existing accounts
* Sales Activities: Support business development initiatives, respond to product enquiries, coordinate case coverage, and contribute to achieving sales targets
* Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records, manage stock levels, process orders, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures

* Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel regularly across Yorkshire and the North East
* Comfortable working in clinical environments, including operating theatres
Desirable:
* Knowledge of the orthopaedic industry or medical devices
* Understanding of NHS procurement processes
* Previous theatre experience or clinical background
Salary & Package
* Salary: Circa £50,000 per annum
