Job Summary
Real Chemistry is looking for an Associate Director to join our growing team! Our Associate Directors play a pivotal role in guiding project direction and account alignment. This position is ideal for scientific and medical experts who excel under pressure and are ready to guide and inspire teams to elevate medical content and build strong client relationships. Our Associate Directors can specialize in content development, team leadership, and strategic thinking.
What You’ll Do
1. Guide teams in therapy areas, contribute through others, and co-create excellent medical content across multiple therapy areas, ensuring outputs meet or exceed client expectations.
2. Provide strategic guidance and input into account planning, engage constructively with clients to understand their thinking, and offer alternative perspectives.
3. Act as a trusted advisor for clients with support from senior team members.
4. Guide teams to work confidently and efficiently to deliver high-quality work in high-pressure situations, oversee delegation of work across accounts.
5. Identify opportunities for organic growth by understanding client interests and leveraging cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
6. Lead, shape, and execute account strategies in collaboration with medical writing and client service teams; develop peer-to-peer relationships with key clients.
7. Participate in strategy development from research and analysis to insight and creative brief development.
8. Identify and build product and portfolio strategies, facilitate internal and client meetings/workshops confidently.

What You Should Have
* Previous experience in medical education or related fields involving management of medical writers and strategists.

* Personable, articulate, and capable of nurturing relationships, with persuasive presentation skills.
