We are seeking an experienced, service-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
* Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, and brunch services
* Deliver a welcoming, high‑quality dining experience for all guests
* Embody a hospitality‑first mindset, delivering warm and genuine interactions
* Actively lead on the floor and bar, engaging with guests and team members
* Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and service standards throughout the restaurant
* Monitor reservations, table flow, and peak service periods
* Order for the restaurant
* Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise front‑of‑house and bar staff
* Conduct weekly 1‑1 meetings with all front‑of‑house staff
* Train new hires and provide ongoing food, beverage, and service training
* Foster a positive, team‑oriented workplace culture
* Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching
* Lead pre‑shift meetings and communicate daily goals and updates
* Support budgeting, cost control, and revenue targets
* Support monthly inventory, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate ordering with suppliers
* Support AM ordering and dry‑good parsing
* Review daily sales, cash handling, and reporting procedures
* Close the restaurant three times a week, ensuring accurate reporting with Navi and FOH service recap
* Assist with organizing invoices and orders
* Manage daily labor and staffing, ensuring an 11% labor target
* Full‑time position (5 working days per week with 2 consecutive days off)
* Expected shifts are typically 8–10 hours per day
* Schedule includes a balanced mix of breakfast, brunch, and dinner service shifts
* Opening shifts begin at 2:00 pm
* Closing shifts begin at 12:00 am
* Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
* Three management shifts, two bar shifts

* Maintain company policies and operational procedures
* Support adherence to brand standards and hospitality excellence
