Private Client Senior Associate (5+ PQE) | Warwickshire

Salary: £55,000 – £68,000 + bonus (up to 20%)

Hybrid & flexible working | Full-time or part-time considered

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (5+ PQE) to join a growing national law firm within its expanding Warwickshire office.

This is a genuine growth role within a firm that is actively investing in its Private Client offering in the region. The team benefits from a consistent pipeline of high-quality instructions, meaning there is no requirement to bring a following. The focus is on delivery, development, and long-term progression within a collaborative and well-supported environment.

You will be joining a friendly and highly experienced Private Wealth team, advising a broad range of high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and entrepreneurs on complex and high-value matters.

The role

You will manage your own varied caseload while working closely with senior colleagues across the wider Private Wealth team. Work will include:

• Wills, including complex trust provisions
• Estate planning and succession strategies
• Business succession planning
• Trust creation, administration, and restructuring
• Probate and estate administration
• Inheritance tax planning
• Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Wealth preservation for high-net-worth clients

You will be given autonomy over your work, with strong supervision and support available where required, alongside genuine opportunities to build client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team
