Job Title: Regional Field Sales Manager

The role:
Reporting to the Sales Director your key responsibilities will include:
* Driving the development and implementation of new sales agents across the region and generate new business working to KPI’s and targets.
* Collaborate with other regional sales managers as well as office-based managers and staff.
* Set targets and action plans with initiatives to grow the business.
* Monitor and growth and performance of your sales team.
* Establish and drive business forward within the region.
* Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
What you’ll bring:
* Proven track record in leading direct/field sales teams.
* Experience in the Renewables or Green Energy and Home Improvement sectors advantageous.
* Self-Motivated with a drive to succeed.
* Willingness to go that extra mile to be successful.
* Possess strong leadership skills to gain results and be willing to travel.
