CIS Security have an exciting opportunity available for a Security Response Officer who will be an ambassador to represent CIS Security who will demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service user at a revitalised urban space blending historic charm with modern development, the area features high-spec office spaces and landscaped public areas. Information: Position: Security Response Officer Location: Central Leeds (L1) Pay Rate: Site Related Pay Hours: Average 20 hours per week Shifts: Various Shifts - Days, Nights & Weekends Job Requirements: SIA licence required Security and customer service experience is required Must have good command of English language Good levels of customer service, communication both written & verbal at all times Duties include patrols, checking cameras and access control to the building out of hours - experience in this is essential Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift Flexible in the approach to daily duties and additional events when held on site. Maintains working knowledge of the locations & security & safety for assigned areas Flexible in the approach to daily duties First Aid qualification & a CCTV SIA Licence are desirable Must have five years of checkable work history Job Responsibilities: Able to demonstrate and deliver high quality guarding and customer service to both our clients and service users. Able to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative Be calm under pressure and confident in dealing with confrontational situations in a calm and professional manner Physically fit to complete patrols internally and externally and able to stand/walk during shift Confident in writing incident and shift reports The ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiative To always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language. To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded. The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, gatehouse duties, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, Conducting emergency procedures.
