Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings
- Read blueprints and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems
- Cut, assemble, and install pipes and fittings
- Test plumbing systems for leaks and other issues
- Repair or replace broken or malfunctioning plumbing fixtures
- Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, electricians, and other professionals on job sites
- Adhere to safety standards and building codes
Skills:
- Proficient in using hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, and pipe cutters
- Ability to weld pipes and fittings together
- Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths
- Capable of lifting heavy objects and working in physically demanding conditions
- Knowledge of how to assemble and disassemble plumbing components
- Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and diagnosing plumbing problems
- Carpentry skills for framing walls and installing support structures
- Valid commercial driver's license for transporting equipment and materials
- Expertise in all aspects of plumbing work, including water supply systems, drainage systems, and gas lines
- Familiarity with power tools such as drills, saws, and pipe threaders

Pay: £150.00-£200.00 per day
