Responsibilities
* Lead surveying instructions across residential portfolios
* Manage refurbishment and planned works projects
* Diagnose defects and produce technical reports
* Oversee contract administration and procurement
* Supervise junior surveyors and support team delivery
Requirements
* Degree in Building Surveying or related field
* MRICS or working towards chartership
* Residential and social housing experience
* Experience across project and professional services
* Full UK driving licence
