Location: Field-Based (start from home)
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Pay: £42k - £50k DOE
Role Overview
We're working with a leading agricultural and machinery business in Stirling who are looking to add experienced Service Technicians to their team.
This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company offering a varied role working across agricultural, construction, and groundcare machinery. The role involves both workshop‑based and field service work, carrying out maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on a wide range of equipment.
Responsibilities
 * Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults.
 * Servicing and maintaining tractors, construction, and groundcare machinery.
 * Completing all relevant service documentation and reports.
 * Carrying out pre‑delivery inspections and machine setups.
 * Supporting apprentices and contributing to the overall success of the service team.
Qualifications
 * Experience working as a Service or Maintenance Technician within agriculture, plant, construction, or engineering.
 * Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
 * Ability to use diagnostic software and read technical manuals.
 * A full UK driving licence – field service experience is an advantage.
 * A positive attitude, good communication skills, and willingness to work occasional overtime during busy periods.
