Seven Social Care is looking for a Deputy Manager in a private children’s residential service in Shropshire
The role:
We are looking for the right person to work alongside one of the owners, who will be the Registered Manager. This person will be encouraged to develop by working closely with the Manager and will also attend conferences, networking events etc.. ILEA Palm believes in investment in all areas of the home, most importantly the people in it.
There will be opportunity to complete predominately admin hours when the home is more established, which will provide a greater opportunity for growth in the role.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of adults completing supervisions, providing feedback on CPD
Complete all managerial duties e.g., Rota management, oversight of children’s records
Be responsible for home in the absence of the Registered Manager
Complete a mixture of shift work and admin hours
