What You'll Bring to the Role:
* A true team player with excellent organisational skills.
* Extensive experience delivering exceptional customer service.
* Experience in managing a team of Office Staff, overseeing facilities management, including Health & Safety and PFI contracts.
* Confidence in building strong working relationships across the school and within the wider South Pennine Academies community.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking an experienced and capable professional who can demonstrate:
* Extensive experience and knowledge of Premises/Facilities Management and building maintenance programmes.
* A proven track record as an effective member of a school or establishment leadership team.
* Experience in the training, development, and supervision of staff.
* Demonstrable Finance, Business, or HR-related experience.
* Strong understanding and practical experience with Health & Safety legislation and conducting Risk Assessments.
* Hands-on experience in managing PFI (Private Finance Initiative) contracts.
* Experience managing school facilities maintenance and overseeing premises contracts.
* Effective project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute and evaluate projects on time and within budget.
