Eden Scott is delighted to be working The DRG, one of Scotland’s leading hospitality groups, home to some of the country’s best-loved restaurant brands that include Sugo, Paesano, Cafe Andaluz, The Anchor Line, Di Maggio’s, Amarone, Barolo, Cadiz and many more We’re looking for an experienced and creative Brand Manager to lead the marketing for Café Andaluz and Cadiz, two of their Spanish dining brands. They have a robust sized marketing team and looking to add an experienced individual who will have strong commercial acumen and can drive revenue through creative marketing initiatives. As Brand Manager, you’ll be responsible for shaping and executing the brand strategy, ensuring every campaign, partnership, and piece of content captures the spirit of our venues and drives commercial success. This is a very fast paced, but exciting environment to work. It’s a family-owned business with a proven track record. There is never a dull day! Responsibilities: Brand Strategy Development: Develop long-term brand strategies aligned with the company’s goals, ensuring clear market positioning and resonance with target audiences. Marketing Campaign Management: Plan and execute an annual calendar of marketing campaigns, coordinating efforts across digital, print, social media, and internal teams. Oversee product/menu launches to maintain brand consistency. Agency Management: Manage third-party agencies (e.g. digital, PR) from briefing to budget control, delivery, and reporting. Budget Management: Oversee brand-related budgets, allocating resources efficiently and tracking expenses to ensure cost-effective campaign delivery. Brand Performance Tracking: Report on brand performance and make strategic adjustments as needed. Skills and experience required: 3 years of experience in brand or marketing management, ideally within hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle sectors. A balance of creative flair and commercial focus, able to tell great stories and deliver measurable results. Excellent communication and project-management skills, with the confidence to lead multiple campaigns at once. A collaborative mindset, able to work closely with designers, operations teams, and senior stakeholders.
