IT Support Engineer
Position: IT Support Engineer (2nd Line)
Location: Chippenham, UK
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000 + Excellent Benefits
Schedule: Hybrid. 2 days onsite, 3 days work from home
A longstanding (20+ years) IT Solutions and Service Provider has an exciting new opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join them, supporting the user base and infrastructure of several high-profile customers. The organisation partners with the leading tech vendors and adds to their customer base year upon year, placing them where they are today, one of the UK’s best rated MSPs with an extensive list of clients nationwide.
Your role as an IT Support Engineer will involve managing and administering a range of cloud and on-prem platforms and services, providing support to users at different businesses, assisting on projects and infrastructure upgrades, and daily system checks/backups.
