The Registered Home Manager's leadership will guide the home forward towards ensuring a secure, safe, and motivating environment for both the children and young people in their care and staffing team, fostering an atmosphere where they can thrive.
What you’ll bring:
1. QCF level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare or willing to work towards.
2. Minimum of 2 years recent experience working in a care setting in a supervisory role.
3. Thorough understanding of the regulations and legislations which set the standards within a Children’s Home setting
4. Knowledge of Ofsted regulations.
5. Ability to work closely with Responsible Individual and key individuals within the strategic partnership
6. Full UK Driving Licence
7. Passionate about supporting vulnerable children.
