Our well-established IT recruitment agency is seeking a driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to spearhead our expansion into the high-growth Go to Market SaaS sector, specifically targeting Private Equity-backed startups in financial services who need to scale their specialist teams at pace.
The Opportunity
This is a career-defining role in an exploding market. You'll be working with Private Equity-funded SaaS vendors who have secured significant investment rounds and need to build world-class Go to Market teams fast. These aren't your typical startup budgets - our clients have substantial financial backing and the urgency to execute their market entry strategies.
The financial services sector is experiencing unprecedented digital transformation, and PE-backed SaaS companies are at the forefront, disrupting traditional banking, payments, RegTech, and FinTech markets. Speed is everything - and that's where you come in.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Partner with high-growth PE-backed SaaS companies targeting financial services markets
2. Build and manage relationships with C-level executives, VPs of Sales, Marketing Directors, and Chief Revenue Officers
3. Source and place specialist Go to Market talent including Sales Directors, Account Executives, Marketing Managers, Business Development Representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Revenue Operations professionals
4. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for roles ranging from £60k to £200k+ with significant equity packages
5. Develop deep market intelligence on compensation trends, competitor movements, and emerging opportunities
6. Work collaboratively with our established team while building your own specialist desk
The Ideal Candidate
Essential Experience:
7. 3+ years in recruitment consultancy with a proven track record of success
8. Technology recruitment experience, ideally with SaaS or software companies
9. Strong commercial acumen and understanding of Go to Market functions
10. Demonstrable ability to manage complex, senior-level searches
11. Excellent relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates
Highly Desirable:
12. Experience recruiting for financial services technology companies
13. Understanding of Private Equity investment landscape
14. Knowledge of SaaS business models and Go to Market strategies
15. Existing network within London's FinTech ecosystem
