You will be responsible for general admin duties to support our business and our internal and external customers. The team handles a varied range of essential tasks such as:
1. Processing purchase orders and service provider payments
2. Working on our in-house systems and applications and utilising all Microsoft Office products
3. Database management and record keeping
4. Liaising with internal colleagues, contractors, local authorities, and customers
5. Production of documentation/work instructions
6. Identifying new and improving current processes to support our colleagues and customers
7. Building strong relationships across our teams
