Amazon is looking for an Investigation Associate with a background in transportation, risk management, and data-driven problem resolution skills. In this role, the Investigation Associate will work with stakeholders to investigate suspicious activity, address escalations, and develop systemic solutions to enhance customer experience. The responsibilities include identity verification, conducting investigations, minimizing fraud risks, achieving investigation targets, and improving transportation operations efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct investigations and take appropriate actions to mitigate fraud or abuse patterns
* Achieve weekly investigation targets and maintain quality standards
* Identify root causes of defects and drive process improvements
* Escalate problems systematically and follow through on resolutions
* Participate in ad-hoc projects and process enhancements
A Day in the Life
* Meet productivity and quality metrics
* Identify opportunities to simplify and improve processes
* Contribute to SOP improvements and partner with stakeholders to address gaps
Basic Qualifications
* 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
* Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays

* Similar experience as above
