Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Year 4 class, as a teaching assistant with their learning and development.
* Work closely with the class teacher as a Teaching Assistant to create engaging lessons.
* Provide small-group and one-to-one interventions to reinforce key learning areas.
* Assist in managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning atmosphere.
* Encourage pupils' academic, social, and emotional growth.
* Support children with SEND and additional learning needs when required.
Teaching Assistant Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (preferred but not essential).
* Enthusiastic, proactive, and patient approach.
* Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
* A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* A commitment to a long-term teaching assistant role in a primary school setting.
