Responsibilities
1. Act as the main contact for technical queries on partnership projects
2. Coordinate technical information between internal teams, consultants and partners
3. Support technical due diligence during pre-contract stages
4. Manage technical documentation, RFIs and project data rooms
5. Assist with technical inputs for agreements and project documentation
6. Support technical approvals at key project milestones
What We’re Looking For
7. Experience in residential development, housebuilding or construction
8. Good understanding of Building Regulations and NHBC standards
9. Strong organisational and stakeholder coordination skills
10. Relevant qualification (HNC/HND, degree or similar) in a construction or technical field
