Working with one of the emergency services providers in Wales, based in the Headquarters.
Your new role
1. Provide general administrative support to the Administrative Supervisor and all directorates across the organisation, to include photocopying, scanning, filing, mailshots, and other similar administrative tasks, as required.
2. Maintain and interrogate databases as required by the Service to provide information in an accurate, timely and efficient manner, including the uploading of documents and information onto internet and intranet. Headlines and Front Page.
3. Maintain the Business Support inbox and actioning where appropriate.
4. Assistmunity Safety in arranging HFSC checks by taking calls, emails and allocating to practitioner or stations through the medium of Welsh and English.
What you'll need to succeed
5. Previous experience of working in an administrative role
6. Must be able tomunicate in the medium of Welsh both written and verbally.
7. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
8. Prioritisation of own workload and working to tight deadlines
9. Excellentmunication skills, to be able to liaise with stakeholders at various levels
