What You Can Expect
* Empower Patients: Work under a broad collaborative practice agreement to provide expert chronic disease state medication management.
* Fast-Paced Environment: Manage a dynamic clinic schedule with 8-12 patient appointments each day, ensuring efficient and effective care.
* Support & Educate: Be the go-to resource for providers and patients, answering drug information questions, troubleshooting pharmacy issues, and educating on medication use.
* Collaborate for Success: Coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, advanced practice practitioners, behavioral health specialists, and care managers to deliver holistic care.
* Teamwork: Work alongside clinical pharmacy technicians to enhance patient outcomes.

Qualifications
* Degree from an accredited pharmacy program
* Valid Idaho Pharmacist License
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous experience with the clinical management of primary care based chronic diseases
* Completion of PGY2 Ambulatory Care OR completion of a PGY1 pharmacy residency program with ambulatory care-focus OR equivalent ambulatory care experience
* Current Board Certification in Pharmacotherapy (BCPS), Ambulatory Care Pharmacy (BCACP), or Geriatric Pharmacy (BCGP)
