Salary: Grade 10, £45,091 - £49,282 per annum.
Your role
The Early Intervention Service is a range of teams designed to maximise the independence, safety and wellbeing of children and adults in line with Wigan Council’s Progress with Unity missions. This role enables and monitors the delivery of a high‑quality service to Wigan residents, using quality assurance strategies such as seeking the voice of residents and staff, collating and analysing performance data, designing and streamlining operational processes and shaping IT systems. You will help support and operationalise any development and transformation that the service is involved in.
About you
You will have a passion for improving people’s independence and quality of life. You will have excellent IT skills and the ability to work in partnership, developing trust, respect and engagement of a broad spectrum of partners and colleagues. You will be creative, have excellent people, digital and organisational skills and be able to develop and carry out action plans to drive improvement and underpin transformation. You will be a key member of a wider Adult Social Care management group responsible for the delivery of the Council vision, Progress with Unity.
