If you're passionate about mechanical delivery, thrive in collaborative environments, and want to be part of a forward-thinking team driving innovation through offsite manufacturing, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

This is a great chance to progress your career with one of the UK’s top five Tier 1 MEP contractors, working on a flagship project with strategic importance.

About the Role

As our Project Manager (Mechanical), you will:

1. Lead mechanical project delivery on-site at our MoJ site.

3. Collaborate closely with Wates Group in a joint delivery model.
4. Ensure compliance, safety, and achievement of programme milestones.
5. Report into senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning.

This role is site-based, with occasional remote working (1 day/week), and involves full-time hours (37 hours/week). All travel is fully reimbursed.

What we offer…

6. Career progression tailored to individual strengths
7. Supportive onboarding including buddy system and monthly 1:1s
8. Collaborative, open-door leadership style
9. Opportunity to work on high-profile MoJ schemes
10. Standard Tier 1 benefits package

We’re looking for someone with…

11. A mechanical bias and strong site delivery experience
12. Background in MoJ, residential, commercial, education, or supermarket projects (£30M+ scale)
13. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
14. Managerial or leadership qualifications (desirable)
15. An Enhanced DBS check (required)
