We are looking for a Project Manager (Mechanical) to join our team, supporting the Accelerated House Blocks Project at our MoJ site, a high-value, large-scale MEP programme in the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) sector.

About the Role
As our Project Manager (Mechanical), you will:
1. Lead mechanical project delivery on-site at our MoJ site.
2. Manage procurement, planning, and coordination of MEP works.
3. Collaborate closely with Wates Group in a joint delivery model.
4. Ensure compliance, safety, and achievement of programme milestones.
5. Report into senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic planning.
This role is site-based, with occasional remote working (1 day/week), and involves full-time hours (37 hours/week). All travel is fully reimbursed.

We’re looking for someone with…
11. A mechanical bias and strong site delivery experience
12. Background in MoJ, residential, commercial, education, or supermarket projects (£30M+ scale)
13. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
14. Managerial or leadership qualifications (desirable)
15. An Enhanced DBS check (required)
