Ideal candidate
* Substantial leadership experience as a Senior Leader, Assistant Head, or Deputy Head with a proven track record of delivering whole-school improvement.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a deep understanding of primary education.
* High emotional intelligence and exceptional interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate our staff, students, and parents.
* The ability to think strategically, using data and insight to drive improved outcomes for all pupils.
* An unwavering commitment to inclusion and safeguarding.
