As part of our current high-growth phase, we are recruiting a People Partner to join our busy People team aimed at supporting employees through the entire employment journey.
Who are we?
Evolito’s mission is to accelerate the adoption of electric propulsion in aerospace applications in support of a net-zero world. Evolito develops and manufactures lightweight, high-power, high-torque-density electric propulsion systems for markets including EVTOL, UAVs, and general aviation.

The role
Reporting to our Senior People Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:
1. Maintaining digital and electronic employee records on our HRM system.
2. Managing employee rewards and benefits.
3. Handling grievances, disciplinaries, and dismissals.
4. Supporting onboarding and HR induction processes.
5. Assisting in creating new HR policies.
6. Supporting payroll preparation with relevant data.
7. Managing off-boarding procedures, including exit interviews.
8. Assisting with recruitment activities, including booking interviews and issuing contracts.
9. Organising internal and external events.
10. Providing hospitality for visitors.
The Person
We seek someone early in their HR career with some exposure to the field, eager to develop within a supportive environment that offers growth opportunities and CIPD study support. Our ideal candidate has:
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
* Experience working within an HR team.
* Familiarity with HRM systems.
* Ability to work effectively in a small team.
* Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
* Understanding of confidentiality and diplomacy.
* Attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Flexibility and self-motivation.
* Full UK driving license.
Desirable: CIPD qualification.
